The team removed and replaced damaged hardwood planks with beautiful results, installed travertine in my foyer with a seamless flow to the wood floor, and removed and replaced carpet/pad in two bedrooms. I would like to say that I have used many flooring companies in the past. Express Affordable Flooring has made it a seamless experience for me, from explanations on the entire process from start to finish, to the communication of when they will be in and out of my properties, to the cleanliness of their work, etc. They made sure they did clean work and kept things in order. As far as their actual work, there were no shortcuts taken. Everything looks very professional down to the caulking. If there was anything we were concerned with and needed a change on, they were very helpful and quick to adjust as needed. Price was outstandingly reasonable. I could have not asked for more of a professional experience. I would recommend them to any one resident or commercial groups.

Great, informative estimate, with every item detailed that you want taken care of. Other estimates I received expected me to haul away the debris or expected me to tear up and remove the old flooring so they could just come in and lay flooring.
So pleased with the installation! There were some surprises beneath the old carpet, and the installers were patient as we made quick fixes for the issue. Excellent work and excellent customer service!

We recently had a major remodeling done at our home. Dennis, Steve, and Frank remodeled 2 bathrooms, a contemporary kitchen backsplash, a contemporary TV and fireplace unit, and installed front foyer travertine flooring for me. I love their work. All the rooms turned out so beautiful!!! I have to work during the day when some of the remodeling took place, so I decided to meet with the installer each time prior to them starting the demo, and I would go over my designs and expectation of each room with them, and then I would leave the house and let them do their work. They would call me if they came across any issues. If not, I would go home and enjoy seeing the outcomes. The best thing is I built a trusting relationship with Dennis and his team. I know they will get the work done nicely for me. The team is easy to work with. Dennis, Steve, and Frank are very customer oriented and very helpful. I highly recommend Express Affordable Flooring.

This company installed the carpet we bought. We decided to purchase new carpet for all the bedrooms in our home and the two gentlemen who came out to install it were true workhorses. They moved all of our heavy furniture, took apart and reassembled our beds, and had all the work done within 4 hours. I was very impressed by the level of workmanship, and I would definitely use this company in the future.

Amazing job on our wood-look tile floors! Dennis and his crew with Express Affordable Flooring installed our floors and backsplash, and we are still thrilled with the final result. They were reliable, did great work, honest, and even helped us by repairing a job that our laminate installers (different company) didn’t finish.
