I am very satisfied with the job the workers from Express Affordable Flooring. Dennis is very knowledgeable about the different types of flooring and answered all of my many questions. He has his own set of employees, so you don't have to worry about subcontractors installing your flooring. The selection process doesn't involve high pressure tactics, which is very important to ne. They are reliable, good at what they do, and I will be using them again when I am ready to redo my upstairs.

Had vinyl plank flooring installed in laundry room, kitchen, living room, hallway, and guest bath. Couldn't be happier with the results! Dennis and his team arrived as scheduled, performed the work exactly as described in the proposal, and then cleaned up afterwards. The hiring of contractors can be "luck of the draw", sometimes good, and sometime not so good, but our experience has been excellent, and I would not hesitate to use Dennis again, or to recommend Express Affordable Flooring to a friend.

Great job by Leslie & Efrin. Reset a floor for us that had been pulled for a kitchen remodel. The wood floor was a puzzle of pieces and had been cut for the former footprint, they did great in relaying the wood and matching with existing wood. Great service and good quality work. They replaced my carpet for Luxury Vinyl. The job came out great. Even though the Condo Association gave us a hard time with the requirements and regulations, they worked with me and got it done properly.They also work to make things right. There was an accidental damage to my refrigerator during the installation of the flooring and they helped cover the cost of replacing it.Overall, I highly recommend them.

Express affordable flooring was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the first call with their admin Erin, to Hunter coming out to do the measure I felt as if I was in great hands. They were very informative and patient with helping my wife and I through this process. They got us on the schedule extremely fast which was amazing since we were in a time crunch because we have our first child on the way. Then on the day of the install they far exceeded our expectations with their professionalism, quality of work, and the pace in which they completed the job. Afterwards Erin and the owner Dennis reached out again to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of work and reassuring us they are there for any issues or future jobs. We recently had a major remodeling done at our home, Dennis, Steve, and Frank had remodeled 2 bathrooms, a contemporary kitchen backspash, a contemporary TV and fireplace unit, and install front foyer travetine flooring for me. I love their work. All the rooms turned out so beautiful!!!I have to work during the day when some of these remodeling takes place. So, I decided to meet with the installer each time prior to they started the demo, and I would go over my designs, and expectation of each rooms with them, and then I would leave the house, and let them do their work. I would like to say that I have used many flooring companies in the past. Affordable Flooring has made it a seamless experience for me. From explanations on the entire process from start to finish, to the communication of when they will be in and out of my properties to the cleanliness of their work etc. They made sure they did clean work and kept things in order. As far as their actual work, there was no short cuts taken, everything looks very professional down to the shoe mold and and caulking.
